Everything you might want to know about Lullagram before signing up. If you don't see your question here, email hello@lullagram.ie. Christopher replies personally.
Lullagram is one app for parents in Ireland, from trying for a baby to pregnancy to your baby. The trying for a baby and IVF support section and the pregnancy tracker are free. The baby tracker logs feeds, sleep, nappies, weight and milestones, with AI insights, sleep predictions and reports for your public health nurse, and it is free for 7 days, then €4.99 a month for the whole household.
On Android, install Lullagram from Google Play. On iPhone or a computer, go to lullagram.ie/app. Sign up with your email or with Google, then choose where you are: trying for a baby, pregnant or baby is here.
On Android, install it from Google Play like any other app. On iPhone, open lullagram.ie/app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens full screen like a normal app. The app shows you how.
Yes. The trying for a baby and pregnancy sections are free, with no trial and no card. The baby tracker is free for 7 days with every feature unlocked and no card needed, then €4.99 a month unless you cancel. If you start with pregnancy or trying for a baby, your free 7 days begin when your baby arrives, and a code from a friend makes it 30 days.
Yes. Lullagram is a plugin in ChatGPT. Add it from the ChatGPT plugins directory, then ask @Lullagram for your baby's HSE vaccine dates from their date of birth, Irish payments and leave such as Child Benefit and Maternity Benefit with the Budget 2027 rates, or the Lullagram guide that answers any question about trying for a baby, pregnancy or your baby. Every answer links the guide and the HSE or Citizens Information page it follows. It is free and needs no account.
Yes, completely free, with no trial and no card. Follow your pregnancy week by week from week 4 to 42, work out your due date from your last period, conception, IVF transfer or scan, and see the Irish dates that matter: the free Maternity and Infant Care Scheme, your scans, the whooping cough vaccine and when to apply for Maternity Benefit. A contraction timer, baby's movements, a bump diary, a hospital bag list, a birth plan and baby name match are all included. See your pregnancy week by week.
Yes, and it is free. Track your cycle and likely fertile days, log ovulation and pregnancy tests and tick off your folic acid each day, with the HSE guidance on when to see your GP built in. If you need help, the app explains how the HSE's free IVF scheme works, from GP referral to the regional fertility hubs, and who qualifies. Free IVF in Ireland, explained. Lullagram is not a fertility clinic, and fertile days are estimates, not a form of contraception.
Tap Our baby is here and the baby tracker is ready in the same app, with your free 7 days starting then.
Pregnancy and cycle details are health data, so the app asks for your agreement before it stores them. If you share with your partner, they see your period days, test results and fertile window, while symptoms, temperature and notes stay private. You can delete your cycle data or a pregnancy at any time, and it is erased straight away.
For your baby: feeds (breast with a left and right timer, formula and expressed milk), sleep with a running timer, nappies, weight, length and head circumference, solids with reaction tracking, mood, supplements including vitamin D, milestones, appointments and notes. The pregnancy and trying for a baby sections have their own tools, above.
Tap Insights in the More menu. Lullagram reads your last 14 days of tracking and uses AI to surface patterns: what's going well, what to watch, what to expect next for your baby's age and practical tips for this week. Insights are written in Irish English and are general parenting guidance only, not clinical advice. For anything clinical, talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
Sleep Window predicts when your baby is most likely to fall asleep. It looks at your baby's own wake patterns over the last 14 days and blends them with the typical ranges for their age. Turn on alerts and Lullagram lets you know before each window opens, so you have time to start winding down. You can set a custom wake window if your baby's pattern is unusual.
A clean summary of your baby's recent feeds, sleep, growth and milestones to bring to any appointment. Pick the date range, choose what to include, and Lullagram makes a printable PDF in seconds. It also reminds you the day before an appointment to make a fresh one.
Lullagram includes three guided 2-week programmes: Gentle Settling, Pick-Up Put-Down and Night Weaning (for babies 6 months and older). Pick a method, check in each day (went well, mixed or tough night) and watch the progress bar climb. You can pause any time for illness, holidays or growth spurts. Wait until your baby is at least 4 to 6 months old before any structured method, and never sleep train when your baby is unwell.
A small, moderated forum for parents in Ireland, with five categories: Introduce Yourself, Sleep and Routines, Feeding, Mental Load and Support, and Questions and Advice. Posts use anonymous handles so your email stays private, there is one kind reaction and no downvotes, and anything inappropriate is easy to flag.
The trying for a baby and IVF support section and the pregnancy tracker are free. The baby tracker is €4.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, which is less than a coffee a week. One subscription covers your whole household, and both parents can use it on their own phones.
Yes. The trying for a baby and pregnancy sections are completely free, with no trial and no card. The baby tracker is free for 7 days, then it is a subscription.
On Android, cancel in Google Play: tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Lullagram and Cancel. On iPhone or a computer, cancel in the app under Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you paid by card, you can change your mind within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund: email hello@lullagram.ie.
Your data stays in your account so you can come back to it. If you would like it gone, delete your account in the app and everything is permanently erased within 30 days.
Anyone who signs up today is locked in at €4.99/month for as long as they keep their subscription active. We'll only ever raise prices for new subscribers.
Yes. Your account and tracking data are stored in the EU, in Ireland, encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security so only your household can see it. We never sell your data and we don't show ads. The companies that help run the service, such as the AI provider behind Ask Lulla, are named in our privacy policy.
Yes. Health data is treated as special-category data under Article 9 of the GDPR: we ask for your explicit consent at sign-up for your baby's data, and again before the pregnancy and trying for a baby sections store anything. You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Read the full privacy policy.
Yes. Tap Export my data in the app for a full copy as a JSON file, any time. The visit summary PDF gives you a printable summary for appointments.
No. Lullagram is a parenting and tracking app, not a medical device. It is independent and not affiliated with the HSE or any government agency. Its guidance follows the HSE, but it does not replace your GP, midwife, maternity unit or public health nurse. Fertile days and due dates are estimates, and Lullagram is not a form of contraception. In an emergency, ring 112 or 999.
Yes. Log feeds, sleep, nappies and anything else without WiFi or mobile data. Everything is kept on your phone and syncs automatically when you are back online.
Yes. Open lullagram.ie/app in Safari, sign up free, then add it to your home screen. It works like a normal app, with the same features as on Android, and the app shows you how.
Yes. Both parents join the same household on their own phones with their own logins, so when one of you logs a feed the other sees it straight away. One subscription covers the household, twins included. Our guide to a baby tracker both parents can use shows how to set it up.
Nothing is lost. Your log is saved to your Lullagram account, not just your phone, so when you sign in on a new phone your feeds, sleep and nappies are all there. It works across Android, iPhone (at lullagram.ie/app) and a computer, and your partner keeps seeing the same log on their own phone. If you log something with no signal, it is saved and sent as soon as you are back online. The only thing that stays on the old phone is a timer that was still running, so stop it first if you can.
Yes, though the app is designed for phone screens. On a tablet it still works well, and it is handy for the visit summary PDF.
Lullagram is built by Christopher O'Callaghan, an Irish parent based in Cork. He started building it when he realised every baby tracker his family tried was American: wrong spellings, wrong schedules and nothing like an app made for a Cork kitchen at 4am.
No. Lullagram is independent and self-funded, and the subscription is the whole business model. There is no pressure to grow at any cost, sell ads or compromise on privacy.

Please do, in the community or by email. What parents ask for shapes what gets built next, and if several parents need the same thing, it moves up the list.
