How it works

  1. Join below. 4.99 euro a month, first 30 days free, cancel any time. You will use the email you join with to sign in.
  2. The parent sends you a carer code. From their Lullagram, a parent creates an 8-character carer code for you (in the November update). One code per family, valid 7 days.
  3. Enter the code once. Open lullagram.ie/app, create your free account if you don’t have one, enter the code, and that family’s baby appears for you.
  4. Log the day. Feeds, naps and nappies in one tap. The parents see each one live, marked as logged by you.
Granny, grandad or a friend minding ONE family? You never pay. The parent taps Carers & childminders in their Lullagram, sends you the code, and you enter it in your own free app. That is the whole thing.
Minding toddlers for several families? Registration with Tusla is being phased in for paid childminders, and registered childminders can take part in the National Childcare Scheme. A clear daily record is part of looking professional to every family you mind for.

Questions childminders ask

How much does Lullagram cost for childminders?
The childminder plan is 4.99 euro a month with the first 30 days free. It covers carer access to every family you mind for. Cancel any time. Families you mind for pay nothing extra for your access.
What can a childminder see in the family’s Lullagram?
Only the baby’s care: feeds, naps, nappies and the day’s notes for the babies you mind. You can never see the family’s pregnancy, fertility, private notes, mood check-ins or money tools.
Do the parents have to pay for Lullagram?
The parents’ own Lullagram baby tracker is free for 7 days and then 4.99 euro a month for their household. Your carer access works whether or not you also use Lullagram for your own family.
Is caring for one family free?
Yes. A granny, grandad, friend or neighbour who helps with one family uses carer access free. The childminder plan is for minding more than one family at a time.
Does this replace a creche app?
No. Creche management software is built for creche admin. Lullagram carer access is for childminders and carers, and its home is the family’s own tracker, so the record belongs to the parents and carries on at home, at night and at the public health nurse visit.
